Parking just a few inches over a white line in a town centre car park landed a woman with a £60 fine.

Now Annette Baldock of Staplehurst in Great Hollands wants everyone to beware falling foul of a rule designed to stop motorists taking up two spaces.

Typical cant be bothered parking attitude, I'm impressed with the fine, there should be more of it.
