If all the gardens in the UK were wildlife-friendly they would be more than double the area of all our nature reserves. So what are you waiting for? 

Wild projects in April:

* Put up a Bird box and take the nestbox challenge

* Make a wildlife pond, big or small 

* Create a wildflower meadow or flowering lawn

* Plant a native hedgerow
