The latest fitness craze to sweep the nation is coming to Wokingham with its Latin themed moves guaranteed to get people working out on the dance floor.
Wokingham Borough Council is launching a series of Zumba classes to help people get healthy without having to hit the gym.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired exercise programme which combines dance moves and fitness steps for people of all abilities.
The new classes will be running on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Baptist Church Hall in Milton Road, from 7pm to 8pm, and on Fridays at the Wokingham Youth and Community Centre in Reading Road, from 11.30am to 12.30pm.
Classes are £5 each or a block of 10 lessons for £3.50 each which do not have to be used consecutively.
