Top Reading chef Paul Clerehugh will give a cookery demonstration at The Restaurant Show next week.
The owner of both the London Street Brasserie in the town centre and Crooked Billet in Stoke Row will show off his culinary skills at the event at London’s Earls Court, from Monday to Wednesday.
