Tributes paid to courageous Alan Tunnicliffe

A courageous man lived for eight years knowing he could die at any time but did not want to worry his parents by telling them.

Alan Tunnicliffe, son of Lord and Lady Tunnicliffe, died aged 38 from a heart condition he had lived with since birth.

Alan had undergone an operation in 2001 when he was told his condition had worsened and that he could die any time without warning.
