By Sally Bryant
October 07, 2011

Radio and television presenter Henry Kelly is expected at St Joseph’s College tonight to open an exhibition of paintings, sculpture and ceramics by local artists.

It is the fourth showcase organised by the Rotary Club of Reading Maiden Erlegh and experts will be judging the works and awarding cash prizes.

Tonight’s opening and preview is ticket only, but the exhibition will be open to the public tomorrow and Sunday, from 10am until 4pm. The college is in Redlands Road and there will be a £4 entry charge, children free.

The majority of the works are offered for sale with a percentage going to local charities including the Reading Drop In Centre, Reading Crossroads for Carers and the Wokingham Waterside Centre.
