New collective talks arts over coffee

Musicians, actors, artists and writers gathered to swap ideas as part of a new initiative to give creative types a local sense of belonging.
The Arts Collective met for the first time at Costa Coffee in Woodley on Saturday, March 6.
The group has been put together by Chris Mitchell, who invited Martin Neil, a drummer and world percussion specialist, and Bekah Neil, a storyteller.
The couple spend more than six months of the year abroad and shared their connections with creative people around the world with members of the collective.
