Yasmina Siadatan's magic keeps Apprentice hopes alive

May 15, 2009

Reading Apprentice candidate Yasmina Siadatan coasted to success when her team won this week’s seaside task.

Yasmina’s team dug for victory in the challenge of rebranding Margate – choosing to market the town to families. Her opposing team, the losers, failed in their bid to win votes with Margate’s great and good and a panel of branding experts with their approach to targeting the pink pound.

It was not all plain sailing though as speccy teammate Lorraine wound up the Caversham restaurateur who railed: “You’re giving me a headache.”

Luckily they avoided Sir Alan’s boardroom and team Ignite enjoyed racing Lotus sports cars as their treat.

Losing side’s Mona Lewis on team Empire got the boot. Next week sees the Sugar wannabes trying to sell baby items at the country’s biggest baby show.

She may not have been born in Reading but she went to school here. She's a Kendrick Girl.

I'm sorry but the EP using the term 'speccy' to describe someone who wears glasses is a little offensive and has no relevance to this 'non-story'!

God, looking at the other comments, people in Reading are so miserable! No wonder she may not want to associate herself with Reading. Come on Yasmina!

Why is she referred to as a "Reading candidate"?

She was never born in Reading and in fact her Apprentice profile claims she resides in London. I dont think she's to keen to have any connections with Reading. Just because she has a restaurant here the town assumes she's from reading.

KFC has a few restaurants here too, can we claim the colonel is a local lad?

Come on Yasmina! I may nip down to the bookies to put a tenner on Ms Scary to win. Lol :) Keep flogging EP.
