Keeping it local this Christmas

December 18, 2008

How’s this for a pre-Christmas treat? Ex-Mass Fest is returning to The Face Bar on Sunday with 30 bands from various genres playing across two stages.

Not only is it a chance to hear loads of bands under one roof playing anything from indie to metal, but it’s also a chance to see some breaking acts.

Blue Stage headliners Data Select Party made it to number one on Kerrang! magazine’s 10 Songs You Should Hear Now list.

While Red Stage headliners Fell Silent had a full page in Kerrang! last month and are playing their last show before heading out on a US/Canada tour.

The festival is in its second year and takes place at the Chatham Street venue.

Also on the bill are Lights And Sounds, The Auteur, My Mind’s Weapon, No Made Sense, DissolvedIn and Shy Of The Depth. Tickets are £9 on the door, get there from 5pm.
