Natalie will set hearts RACING

17/ 7/2002

Natalie — who released her rocking new single Beauty on the Fire on Monday — will be entertaining crowds after the Blue Square Shergar Cup.

Born in Sydney, Australia, Natalie began her career in cult soap Neighbours before becoming an international pop star with debut hit Torn, and securing chart-topping singles and two albums — including the new White Lilies Island — under her belt.

Equally acclaimed, the Blue Square Shergar Cup is Europe’s only team competition in horseracing.

Top jockeys from Great Britain and Ireland (GBI) compete against an elite force known as The Rest of The World, in a six-race showdown.

Last year, the Rest of the World team, captained by Frankie Dettori, won the cup for the first time, narrowly beating the Vinnie Jones-managed GBI team.

The music concert is free to all race-goers and will begin immediately after the closing ceremonies of the last race.
