Top tips for pancakes with Marcin Worzalla
February 08, 2013
How do YOU make the perfect pancake?
Tuesday is Shrove Tuesday so we asked head chef at the Malmaison in Reading, Marcin Worzalla to give his top tips for the perfect pancake.
We were allowed into the hotel's kitchen to find out how the ideal pancake should be made. All is revealed in our video on this page.
Now we want to know how you like your pancakes.
You might have unusual ingredients, recipes, toppings or methods that make your pancakes the best. Or maybe your partner, mum, dad, son or daughter has a great idea that other getreading readers could benefit from.
Email Alan Bunce at email@example.com and we will put as many as we can online or send us recipes in the comments below.
You can also send us your photos after you have made them - or your videos showing how you make them - and we will put those online too.
Marcin's ingredients are:
300g of plain flour
300ml of semi skimmed milk
Two medium eggs
10g of sugar
Zest of half an orange
One vanilla pod
A pinch of salt
