Dirty dog Den gets it at last

February 23, 2005

From the witches of Walford gathering in the allotments (well, you would wouldn’t you – that’s always where Arthur went to think (?) God bless him) to plot Den’s downfall to that explosive scene in the pub I enjoyed every minute. I’m not a regular viewer but I do think EastEnders is the one soap that can pull off proper drama as opposed to farce.

However, hitting him with the dog was a step too far. What was it? Where did it come from? Was it a comment on his dirty dog behaviour?

Was it a bronze of the dear departed Roly, finally doing for his master, or was it Little Willy, stuffed and dangerous?

We’ll never know.
