Water lot of fun at Big Day Out
July 09, 2010
Music fans can take a trip to a watery world for a day-long festival this Saturday.
This year’s Big Day Out festival at South Hill Park in Bracknell has the theme of Climate Change, specifically an underwater world.
A children’s procession on the day will feature a large crustacean as well as the world’s only Airquariam, brought by the Beautiful Creatures group.
The finale of the show is an “apocalyptic world under water” procession staged on top of a flood.
The performance involves recycled musical instruments and includes a fire show.
An array of musicians and performers including The Baghdaddies, The Committed, Ska-Dilly, Arun Gosh, Yabba Funk and The Jazz Hammers, are all lined up for the day.
