Final events unveiled for Armed Forces Day

Programme of events:

10am – event opened by the Bracknell Forest Mayor

10.30am-10.45am – Bracknell Honey Bees Majorettes

10.50am-11.10am – Bracknell ATC 2211 Marching Display

11.15am-midday – Army Medical Services Band

12.05am-12.20pm – Slough Sea Cadets (TS Lion) – Field Gun Display

12.25pm-12.40pm – Reading Superstars Display

12.45pm-13.05pm – Chocks away for Dancing

1.10pm-1.25pm – Prelude

1.30pm-1.30pm – Main Parade (led by the Reading Scottish Pipe Band, Cadets, Standards and Veterans issued Lapel Badges)

2.45pm-3.30pm – Army Medical Services Band

3.35pm-3.50pm – Reading Superstars Display

3.55pm-4.10pm – Reading Scottish Pipe Band

4.15pm-4.30pm – Bracknell ATC 2211 Marching Display

4.35pm-4.50pm – Slough Sea Cadets (TS Lion) – Field Gun Display

4.55pm-5.10pm – Bracknell Honey Bees Majorettes

5.15pm-5.30pm – Finale parade lead by the Reading Scottish Pipe Band

MY DAUGHTER IS IN 7 PLATOON C COMPANY BRACKNELL ARMY CADETS, I ATTENDED THE ARMED FORCES DAY AND WAS VERY HUMBLED BY THE DEDICATION OF ALL THAT PARTICIPATED AND SHOWED THEIR APPRECIATION. I MET AN ELDERLY MAN THAT HAD SERVED IN THE FORCES MANY YEARS AND IT WAS RATHER MOVING WHEN HE CLAPPED FOR THE ACF. WELL DONE TO ALL, SUCH A MEMORABLE DAY. :)
