Spooky goings-on at Chapter One Bookshop

Witches and skeletons enjoyed a scary Hallowe’en storytime at Chapter One Bookshop.
Author Cathy MacLennan, who dressed up as a witch, read extracts from Spooky, Spooky, Spooky to around 15 to 20 children at the shop in Crockhamwell Road, Woodley, on Saturday, October 27.
Manager Lesley Westwood said: “There was a prize for the best costume which went to a little boy dressed as Dracula.”
