Learn more about fostering at Look Out event

By Laura Herbert
February 13, 2013

A campaign to help Bracknell children find new families is running as part of Berkshire Fostering and Adoption Week.

All six councils throughout Berkshire are holding information events to mark the campaign, which launches on Monday and runs until Sunday, January 17, to encourage people to think about how they can make a difference to children and young people’s lives.

The information event for Bracknell Forest takes place at The Look Out Discovery Centre, in Nine Mile Ride, from midday to 3pm on Wednesday, February 13.

Foster carers and adopters must be over 21 and it doesn’t matter if you are married or single, a home owner or rent your home, gay or heterosexual, religious or non-practising.
