Local councillors sort out new lighting at Forest Park shops

By Jennie Slevin
January 29, 2013

Crown Wood councillors have made good on their promises to constituents after announcing Forest Park Shops will receive new lighting.

The work in the precinct in Worlds End Hill was due to start on Tuesday.

Councillors Marc Brunel-Walker, Colin Dudley and Suki Hayes revealed the good news in a post on facebook. It read: “We are VERY happy to have been able to finally get this sorted out.

“It was a key promise from us to you in the elections!”

The councillors have said the lighting should be functional in early February unless bad weather prevents the work.

Gingertop - does it mean they aren't doing a good job??

My son and Daughter-in-Law live in Forest Park, when they needed help from their Councillors they got it and are very happy with the help they got .... so who cares if they live in the Ward or not! Its the ability to the job that matters ... not where they live!
