Discover how volunteering changes the lives of those who receive help and those who give it.

Bracknell Forest Voluntary Action will be holding workshops to attract more volunteers this year.

The group will be looking for drivers, companions and carers to help various support groups and their members.

Volunteers can give as much or as little of their time as they can, choosing activities that suit their lifestyles.

The group will be meeting at Bracknell Leisure Centre in Bagshot Road on Wednesday, January 9 from 9.30am to 3pm and Saturday, January 19 from 9.30am to 1pm.
