Children help Make-A-Wish smash its fundraising target

By Becky Barnes
November 28, 2012

A charity has smashed its fundraising target, thanks to youngsters from Bracknell Forest.

Children at after-school and holiday clubs at Birch Hill Primary School, Harmans Water Primary School, Meadow Vale Primary School and Ascot Heath Junior School joined others to raise more than £2,000 for Make-A-Wish Foundation in events during 2012.

Lee Partner, director of KOOSA Kids Clubs, said: “The children’s energy and enthusiasm to participate has been incredible.

“I would like to thank all the children, parents and staff for their support in helping us to achieve our targets this year.”

Donations to Make-A-Wish can still be made at www.koosakids.co.uk.
