By Becky Barnes
September 10, 2012

What is your favourite food? Any food, but curries are the best.

What is your favourite holiday destination? The Caribbean.

What was the last book you read? The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown.

What is your favourite TV programme? Silent Witness and Waking the Dead.

What is your favourite film? A Few Good Men.

What photo do you have on your wall or desk? A photo of dusk on a beach in St Lucia.

Who would your ideal dinner guests be? Nelson Mandela because he is an inspirational figure on how to stand up for what you believe in, whatever the obstacles.

What car do you drive? A Toyota Avensis and a BMW Z4.

What is your biggest regret? I do not regret anything because you cannot live in the past.

What makes you smile? Politicians when trying to answer a straightforward yes/no question without saying yes or no.

What was your first job? Accounts clerk for London Brick Company.

What hobby/hobbies do you have? Treasurer of Sandhurst Day Centre; local issues; IT and holidays. And I have been known to go to the gym on occasions.

What do you like about Bracknell Forest? The friends my wife and I have made during the last 25 years living in Sandhurst/Owlsmoor.

What is the one thing you would change about Bracknell Forest and why? Some way of encouraging more residents to take a greater interest in local issues.
