Find out more about the history of the Pinewood Centre at a memento day on Sunday.
The event has been organised by the Heritage Committee, a group of volunteers working with Wokingham Without Parish Council to discover the history of Wokingham Without and Crowthorne.
The committee will display its work to date during the free event at St Sebastian’s Memorial Hall, in Nine Mile Ride, from 11am to 4pm and is encouraging visitors to bring anything of historical interest such as photos, postcards and memorabilia.
The Heritage Project of Wokingham Without Parish Council will give a talk about Pinewood Sanatorium at the memorial hall on Friday, September 21, from 7.30pm. Entry is £2.
