Get on your bike for charity

Teams of runners and cyclists are wanted to take part in a charity fundraiser in Swinley Forest this weekend.
The CARE Adventure Race 2009 on Saturday, April 4, is an all-day event involving cycling, running and orienteering.
Teams will have to gain orienteering points from around the forest using grid references and by completing challenging puzzles.
Events manager Neil Munro said: “The CARE Adventure Race in Swinley Forest is set to be a fantastic start to the Challenge season and a great challenge with an emphasis on fun.
“There are still places left so we’re urging people to get signed up.”
Care is an international aid agency working in more than 60 countries to fight poverty.
