Don't let the dodgy prevail

A LETTINGS agency in Reading has joined a national scheme that aims to protect clients against fraud.
Sansome & George, which has branches across the area, has become a member of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS).
The scheme is approved by the Government and seeks to protect landlords and tenants from dodgy
letting agents. Manager Richard George said NALS was important because anyone can set up shop as an agent.
It is backed by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the National Association of Estate Agents.
