Retailer 'over the moon' at opening second store in Wokingham

A retailer says he is over the moon after opening a second store in Wokingham town centre.
Town mayor Councillor Peter Lucey officially opened Wokingham Superstore in Peach Street on Friday, January 25.
The store is the latest venture by the Singh family.
Manager Gagan Singh, 27, said: “My brother Preet passed the town a few years ago and fell in love with it.
“We started off with a small store in Denmark Street and people were so friendly and welcoming.
“Our customers have been encouraging us to open a different store so when the property came available in Peach Street we thought we could continue to invest in the town.”
The superstore has a number of opening offers until the end of February and is open from 7am to 11pm, seven days a week.
