Property auction success at Romans

The Olympics appears to have caused a rush in the property market as the guide price was often exceeded at Romans’ latest auction.
The guide price for both residential and commercial property was achieved and in some cases exceeded, raising more than £2.3 million in capital value.
A four-bedroom detached property in the university area of Reading sold for £10,000 above the guide price.
