A rapidly-growing technology firm welcomed the mayor of Bracknell town to open its new offices.
Councillor Shelagh Pile did the honours for Ancoris group, an award-winning firm that specialises in cloud computing technology, by opening the offices in Lily Hill House, in Lily Hill Park in Bullbrook.
The group has expanded rapidly over the past six months and was one of the first companies in the world to be appointed to the top Google Premier Enterprise Partner tier. It won the Specialist Reseller of the Year Award 2011.
The company’s revenue has doubled in the last two years.
David McLeman, managing director of Ancoris, said: “Located between tech-city Reading and London, Bracknell is the perfect town for technology companies like ourselves to excel. Bracknell provides access to a skilled IT workforce within the Thames Valley and our larger offices will enable us to continue our expansion.
“We’ve had a hugely successful run since the launch of our cloud services and the support from the town and local community has enabled us to become one of the key players in the industry.”
