Local Enterprise Partnerships hot topic at networking meet

September 02, 2010

The new Local Enterprise Partnerships will be the subject of a Business Insight event at Ascot Racecourse tomorrow.

The breakfast meeting will include a keynote speaker panel of Steve Lamb and Tim Smith of the Reading Diamond, Andrew Cave, Head of Policy at the Federation of Small Businesses, and David Gilham from Reading University.

The event runs from 7.30am – 9.15am.

Business Insight, which is Bracknell Chamber of Commerce's best attended networking event, has had more than 800 delegates so far this year.

The opportunity for businesses of all sizes to mix, combined with speakers from companies like Google and Coca-Cola and such as Michael Portillo, has made Business Insight a market in itself with more than £2million of business achieved by chamber members meeting at the event, say the organisers.
