Lambert Smith Hampton ‘the top agent’

Lambert Smith Hampton has been named the top commercial property agent in the UK for the eighth time in nine years.
The Castle Street firm received top grading in Estates Gazette’s annual EGi deals competition after completing 1,500 property transactions last year.
LSH was also voted best office and industrial distribution agents.
Nick Coote, who heads up LSH’s Reading office, said: “To bring home three regional awards in addition to the national accolade is a demonstration of the continued strength of our agency teams in the South East.”
