Twenties Club feeling at home in new venue

The importance of communication was top of the agenda when business forum the Twenties Club hosted its first meeting at its new home.

A host of board-level executives came together for the quarterly breakfast meeting at new venue Forbury’s Restaurant in Forbury Square.

They listened to a speech from Rupert Maitland-Titterton, global head of public affairs at Tetra Pak, on communication links and pressure to be ‘green’.

Guests included new attendees from Connect Reading, Handelsbanken and Reading 107fm.

Xavier Le-Bellego, owner of Forbury’s, said: “It was a great success, the atmosphere was fantastic and feedback from guests was extremely positive.”
