An advertising agency is hoping the waves of success will continue after celebrating its 10th birthday.
Wave, which specialises in recruitment advertising, celebrated the milestone with a party at its new offices in Southampton Street.
Staff chilled out in the ‘garden zone’ fully equipped with trellis, astro-turf, bench and Wii tennis console.
David Jenkins, who founded the business in 1999 from his bedroom and is now sitting on a turnover in excess of £3 million, said: “We put our recent success down to organisations looking at their recruitment expenditure and deciding they are paying too much to recruitment agencies.
“Directly sourcing candidates without knowing where to advertise is daunting – we take all that hassle and pain away.”
