All Paws pet shop opens

November 24, 2009

A mother and daughter combination hope animal lovers will take a “paws” when heading to expensive big national stores and think about a better value local option instead.

Lisa Dulai, 43, opened All Paws Pet Supplies in Wildridings Square, Wildridings.

She is running the shop with the help of her daughter Abby Whitten, 16, who works there part-time, and Lisa hopes people will support a local option.

Lisa, who lives in Hanworth, said: “It’s gone well so far, we’ve had a lot of interest from local people.

“I’m an animal lover and I was sick of there not being anything local.

“It was a four-mile drive to the nearest pet shop and a four-mile drive back.

“What I hope very much is that people realise the chains have hiked up their prices during the recession and that my prices are a lot cheaper.”

For more information call the shop on (01344) 485 006.
