Have you nominated for Director of the Year Award?
October 23, 2009
You have until October 30 to put forward an outstanding business leader for a 2009 Institute of Directors’ Director of the Year Award. You can even nominate yourself in the sure knowledge that such a prestigious trophy is bound to be good for business.
Sponsors include PricewaterhouseCoopers HSBC, UKTI, Business Link and The London Stock Exchange.
Nominations can be made online at www.iod.com/south/awards. There is a very straightforward form to fill out, asking for the person’s name, company address, telephone number and email address. The IoD will then ask your nominee if s/he wants to be considered.
All entries will then go before a panel of distinguished judges led by Chris Dodson, regional IoD chairman and himself a leading businessman through his Thatcham-based company, Torftech.
Categories are for people leading businesses at all stages of growth. New this year are awards for directors of start-up companies and those excelling in international trade.
