Member of the European Parliament Sharon Bowles will be tackling the important economics issues at a political working lunch in Reading on Friday.
Business bosses can quiz MEP Bowles, the newly elected chair of the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee in the European Parliament, at the Question Time event held at Microsoft’s offices in Thames Valley Park.
Topics that will be discussed include European SME legislation and changes that could have an impact on British firms.
Claire Prosser, policy executive for the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce, which is organising the event, said: “Sharon will provide an informed insight into the structure and workings of the European political world.
“She will welcome European and economic related questions plus comments from attendees.”
