Firm celebrates prestigious award

A Twyford refrigeration firm is celebrating after picking up a prestigious industry award.
Adcock Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Ltd scooped the National Contractor Of The Year title at the 2009 ACR News Awards.
Contracts director Nigel Claydon and commercial director Paul Brant collected the gong at a glitzy event at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham on Wednesday last week.
Based at Chancery Gate Business Centre in Ruscombe Park, the family owned business employs 250 staff at 13 service centres across the country.
Managing director Phillip Prior said: “We feel incredibly proud to have won this award.
“Adcock has consistently built our business on traditional values of honesty, integrity and delivering a level of service that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
“These values have been the basis to which every employee has worked to and through demonstrating dedication, commitment and hard work they have been successful in achieving our company objectives.”
He added: “It is fantastic that we have received recognition of all those efforts and I would like to dedicate this award to every employee within the Adcock Group.”
