Women network to succeed

More than 70 of Reading’s top businesswomen met for a networking event as part of Enterprise Week.
The meeting, organised by the Success Network, was held to discuss how women can stay motivated and run their enterprises in the tough economic climate.
The high flyers took part in a series of mini workshops and listened to an uplifting presentation by author and entrepreneur Ogo Ogbata on the importance of focusing on your business goals.
Founders of Success Network, Ute Wieczorek-King and Mary Fraser, hailed last month’s event at Sonning Golf Club a big success.
Mrs Fraser said: “It was encouraging and inspirational to hear how women are adapting business plans and strategies to meet the client demands in the changing economic climate.”
