Agents inspired by their own travels

Five Reading-based travel agents got to take their own luxury break in the Mediterranean as a reward for their hard work.
Sandra Grantham, Sarah Godwin, Gill Nicholls, Sue Harris and Kaye Carolan enjoyed a three-night stay in Marbella for the annual conference of their company Travel Counsellors.
The five holiday experts, who all work from home using the Travel Counsellors database, joined 600 colleagues from across the globe at the swanky resort in the Costa Del Sol.
The break included visits to an array of hotels and a host of special excursions including wine tasting, golf, paella cooking, flamenco dancing, rock climbing, mountain biking and a visit to the famous Picasso Museum.
The Travel Counsellors’ conference also updated the agents with all the latest company news and plans for the future, as well as informing them about new ways of tailor-making holidays for their customers.
Sarah said: “It was a truly inspirational experience. The entertainment and activities were fantastic, the setting was amazing and I look forward to sharing the experience and the knowledge I have gained with my customers.”
