The Head Partnership Solicitors LLP has strengthened its offering with the strategic appointment of five new partners.

Rachel Gaynor, Gavin Henshaw, Stuart Mullins, Owen Reynolds and Susan Robertson have been appointed from within the practice, based at Chalfont Court in Lower Earley.

The law firm runs a business development programme that operates as an in-house business school, which trains and equips its staff to take on key senior and ownership roles.

Senior partner Malcolm Head said the new partners represented the ongoing success of the business programme.

“We are constantly encouraging our staff to find new ways of improving everything we do,” he said.

“The business development programme is a good example of this and we hope that it encourages staff and interests clients.”
