Company bosses are invited to a free conference next month to learn how to prepare their business for sale and maximise its value.

James Cowper, Morgan Cole and Lloyds TSB are co-hosting the seminar at The Business Centre at GreenPark on Tuesday, July 15.

The free half-day event will provide advice on putting an exit strategy in place when selling a business and dealing with potential buyers.

There will be a host of corporate finance specialists on hand including Michael Stace, partner at Morgan Cole, Nick Rogers, partner at James Cowper and Lloyds TSB director Andrew Waller.

The conference, entitled How to plan your growth and exit strategies begins at 9am and ends with a buffet lunch at 12.30pm.
