The growing number of trade union equality reps are tackling discrimination at work and helping more women break through the glass ceiling, a conference will hear in London today.

A number of projects have been completed, financed by more than £1 million of Government funding.

Women’s Minister Harriet Harman said: “We are committed to equality.”
