Reading based recruitment consultancy Huxley Associates has been named one of the finest employers to work for in the land for the third consecutive year.

The company, based at Apex Plaza, was 14th in the Britain’s ‘Top Employers 2008’ book, above household names such as Asda, John Lewis Partnership and IBM UK.

Huxley was described as a “very open firm offering limitless opportunities” by judges from the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF), who were impressed with the company’s pay and benefits, employee relations and corporate social responsibility.

The firm specialises in helping businesses in information technology, finance and engineering to find the right people to fill their job vacancies.
