Bar offers free wi-fi

19/12/2007

STRESSED out office workers now have the perfect excuse to visit Revolution after it launched a free wi-fi service for customers.

The new internet service gives punters the chance to do all their Christmas shopping at the touch of a button while enjoying a tasty cocktail or two at the Station Road bar.

The free broadband, which is available at Revolution’s 54 bars across the country, was introduced after staff noticed an increasing number of workers attempting to carry out business in the bar while socialising.

Manager Carl Morris said: “Free wi-fi usually means a drafty public library or a cramped coffee shop.

“However, we spotted an opportunity to give people their regular internet fix, along with great food and drink, music and stylish surroundings.”
