LAW firm Boyes Turner has further strengthened its Reading corporate practice with the promotion of Rachel Fitzpatrick to partner.

Rachel has a broad range of corporate experience and her practice includes lead roles on transactions for clients such as Trader Media Group and Micros Systems.

She joined the Abbey Street firm in 2005 from Surrey practice Mundays where she trained and qualified as a solicitor in its commercial department.

Philip Tranter, who heads up the corporate group, said: “We are delighted to welcome Rachel to the partnership.

“She works hard to develop the firm’s relationships with clients and referrers alike and her significant experience has seen her build a growing reputation in her own right. 

“She is an asset to the team.”

The corporate group has also appointed associate Amanda Cantwell, a corporate governance expert who joins from City outfit Allen & Overy LLP.
