READING’S premier shopping centre, which attracts customers from all over the South of England, has become an Investor in People (IIP).

The Oracle has attained the Government standard after proving that it is committed to improving learning and development opportunities for its staff.

Steve Belam, general manager of the centre, said he was very proud of the dedication of his employees.

He said: “The Oracle values its employees and gaining IIP status is part of its commitment to promote a team culture that will cultivate a high level of pride, motivation and job satisfaction. Staff development is, and will continue to be, a top priority for The Oracle.”
