A LEADING local estate agent is hoping to break into the housing market in the west Reading area with a new branch.

Romans, which already has branches in Wokingham, Bracknell, Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Winnersh and Reading, opened a new residential sales office in School Road, Tilehurst, on Monday.

The agency’s patch will cover Tilehurst, Theale, Pangbourne, Purley-on-Thames and surrounding areas.

Manager Alan Field said: “Even before we officially opened we were so busy with

the response from local homebuyers and sellers who already contacted us.”
