THE boss of a Wokingham law firm has joined a long-established Reading practice after two of his staff retired Simon Roberts, formerly of TS Roberts & Co, and colleague Jane Cockburn have linked with Field Seymour Parkes, based in the Old Coroner's Court at Duke Street Bridge.

Mr Roberts, 41, said: "I set up my own firm 12 years ago and specialised in providing

commercial and residential property services to a wide range of clients, including many professionals working in London. When two of my team announced their retirements, I decided the time had come to consider merging my practice with a larger concern where my clients could benefit from the same individual service but with the option of a wider range of advice. FSP, with its blend of commercial and private client work, fitted the bill perfectly."
