We’re not so hot

18/ 7/2008

Having suffered Delhi belly on more than one occasion, The Diary has learnt to be a little careful when it comes to a good Ruby Murray.

It seems I’m not alone, as Reading folk have been identified as real spice lightweights with 17 per cent rating the mild korma as their top takeaway.

The research by Virgin Media claims 71 per cent admit they would never tackle a spicier dish for fear of ‘Gandhi’s revenge’.

Pretty wimpy I know, but there is nothing worse than spending the morning on the pan with the loo roll consigned to the fridge.
